Terms of service apply to all designs that I created and have sold, including those purchased/obtained from a third party.
Due to file size limits on Toyhouse, you may request to have design artwork sent via email for full resolution.Contact me on Toyhouse, Discord, or Twitter to facilitate the purchase of a design.Payments must be made through Paypal (as goods/services) or through Ko-fi.I do not do holds, nor do I accept payment plans. All payments must be made upfront.You agree not to use character designs or artwork purchased from me to train AI or to create an NFT.Commercial use of designs purchased from me is permitted unless I state otherwise. Commercial use of my artwork of said designs is NOT permitted.You may not profit off of my designs or artwork in any way that is not mutually beneficial and agreed upon.Do not resell or "flip" my character designs for more than they were purchased for unless additional art is being considered in the new price.Edit designs to your heart's content.Please credit me for my artwork wherever you use it.(I do not care what you do with a design purchased from me as long as it does not break any of these terms.)
